Children & Youth Ministries

ONE WAY Youth Ministries continues each Wednesday evening.  There will be a different BIG EVENT once a month.  Off site meetings with cookouts and games at Austin Park.  Movie Nights with popcorn and fellowship, etc.  ONE WAY will be packed with fun, fellowship, bible studies, great food and friends.  We will continue to grow spiritually this summer and look forward to meeting new children and youth and building relationships with each of them!!! 

There will be a family friendly dinner provided by Rochelle Neeley (such as Brisket, homemade lasagna, Mexican Pile On, Neiman Marcus Brownies, etc.) the cost will be $2.50 each or a $10.00 family limit. After dinner children and youth will break into their appropriate groups for games, worship, bible study and fellowship. There will be programming and fellowship for adults. The age groups are as follows:

Children: 3 years - Kindergarten
Primary: 1st - 2nd grade
JYF: 3rd - 5th grade
Chi Rho: 6th grade - 8th grade
CYF: 9th grade - 12th grade

Each group will end the evening with joys, prayer concerns and the Lord’s Prayer. The curriculum for Children’s, Primary and Junior will be a study provided by Group Publishing. Chi Rho and CYF will be studying Psalms and Proverbs with curriculum from Youth Specialties.
